Let me tell you the facts which led the masses of Peer Panjaal region to remain backward from last six decades:- 1.Autocratic rule:-In spite of Communal Harmony and Patriotism in Peer Panjaal Region Caste ism is one of the major problem which is hurdle for the Smooth functioning of Democratic Institutions in Peer Panjaal. Caste ism Propaganda is just to play with the sentiments of masses during elections. Congress is responsible for division of masses.They have divided this Region in two castes,Paharis and Gujjars. 2.Peer Panjaal is Hilly and far flung area of the State,instead of development, National Conference and Congress have always played Vote Bank Politics just to ensure there personal interest's. 3.Poor Education system is also a setback to Peer Panjaal Region,since independence of India Especially District Poonch lacks of Professional Colleges and University Campuses in the District.Government is liable for Undeveloped Poonch. 4.Instead of having more than ten legislators,there is no one in the Cabinet to project the demands of the Masses residing in the far flung areas. 5.Power Hungry Political families,who are associated with Political Parties from past various years and they are not Politicians but they treat themselves as Jageerdar of Peer Panjaal Region. 6.Contractors turned Politicians in this region are Challenge to Democratic Setup of the state.They invest minimum from their pockets to earn maximum wealth,Which is very unfortunate. 7.Superstition is also a big threat for development.Votes are caste by the masses as desired by there spiritual leaders which is a murder of democracy. 8.Peer Panjaal is heaven on earth because of its natural beauty but Kashmiri Leadership is not interested to boost tourism sector in the region,as they are in fear if all the unemployed youth of this region will get employment ,they will not let autocratic rule to survive in the State knowing the fact that the masses of Peer Panjaal Region are Proud to be an Indian. Peer Panjaal region has always been discriminated by every successive Government I think there is a great need of rebellion to ensure Right Equality and Justice to Every poor and needy person of this area. Every issue of the society is issue of youth,Implementation of our Constitution in letter and spirit is my manifesto.
