Unemployment is the big issue of Bihar, need to think over it and should invite investors in Bihar to set up companies 2. Bihar has the manpower, we can set up more IT company here 3. Education is finished in Government School and private school's fee has no limit, Need to do good for government school and control fee for private schools, 4.
