Devlope baghpat as a industrial city Create new transport way such as metro connectivity , railway development ,& build new highway Make a strong law against private schools regarding fee structure because every child right a better education doesn't matter he & she belongs poor family Improved & develop new health care system so that every common men get a cheep & better treatment within 20 to 25 kiliometers Create corruption free enivienviroment because a common men every day face this kinds problem,it should be start grassroot ( district level) Create a crime free environment but before this thing police reform demand current time . Farmers dues timely paid & set a time frame . Made a strong law against women & girl child crime it should be maximum punshiment such as death penalty. Build a highway network because any country ,state , district ,town ,village development road & transport services play a key tole Girls education should be compulsory & every private and public sector school reserve 30% quoata for poor & others girls child . Electricity bill price half only for farmers & poor familys .
