MANIFESTO FOR 21st CENTURY INDIA Dear Brothers and Sisters here are my some points of manifesto for 21st century India . 1.Compulsory Primary level to 12 standard education policy- in order to minimise school dropout college dropout after 10th hence increasing literacy rate and awareness through educational policy. 2.Compulsory Appointment of Psychiatrist,Yoga teacher,Doctor-India is a young country in order to keep our children mentally as well as physical healthy at primary to intermediate level . hence this will reduce suicide attemp 3 'subsidised medicine store for all- there will be subsidised medicine store for some general diseases. 4.MDR/ODR/VILLAGE ROADS POLICY- Road construction warranty given by contractor to gevernment for 2 to 3 years in order to maintain quality of raods. 5.Sainik Samman Aur Desh Nirman Yojna-Our government have JOB,PAISA,PENSION scheme for martyrs this means job to any one person of family,pension to wife of martyr/parents of martyr and direct money transfer to martyrs family account.hence we can secure the future of that family . 6.Road Safety and its measures-compulsory helmet inbuilt QR CODE allowed in parking hence this will increase road safety and awareness about wearing helmet. compulsary use of double coloured layer tyre so that after certain kilometres when one layer of tyre is wear out then second colour layer can be examine by trafic police basically focus on accident due to tyre bust and overloading
