Manifesto
I am a Sr. Digital Marketer Professional currently working with Nethues Technologies in Noida, I have the capability of leader from my childhoold, I always got responsibility to lead a team in my every compnay, in my school and in my village also. As I have 7+ years of experience in private sector and I know very well how tough it is to work in private sector, companies are well expert to play with career of any employees, no one knows when his boss ask not to come from tomorrow, so in simple language there is no Gaurantee of your job, So there should be some strict rules for the private organizations like - no one can fire any employee by just saying don't come from tomorrow, minimum salary, facilities and it should be evaluated on time to time. So first of all I want to do something for private employees, poor peoples, unemployment, womens safety. Also there should be some strict rules for private or Govt doctors and police, they can not make fool to anyone for making money only.
