Manifesto
The following are the list of work which ,I as a leader would do to develop my constituency and country: 1. According to me the basic need of any developing nation is "education", so it will be ensured that students get the best possible educational services. Even financial aids would be given to those who are found below the poverty line or have some strong valid reason. 2. Then comes the job opportunities, local businesses would be encouradged to hire the localites and provide them with the work in which they are specialized. Even to make people skilled we will run some skill enhancing programmes which would be held free or on a very minimal charge basis. 3. Establishment of public service centres, where in people can directly communicate via letter, mail, video conferencing, or even on live basis, with me so that we can be in personal touch with them and can address their exact problem and can even get a solution for it. 4. Separate "swachata cells" would be made in order to supervise the cleaning process of the constituency, and even they would be given some authority to charge the ones who are found guilty (for example throwing litter or spitting on public place would be declared as a crime and heavy penalties would be charged if one is found guilty). 5. Annual youth parliaments would be held to communicate with the young India and find out what are their suggestion or issues and come to an solution for that. 6. For basic infrastructural facilities I will ensure that their are enough toilets and clean water dispensers on the public places, also look at to provide clean and fresh water supply in my constituency. Will also see that their are enough banks and other financial organisations to serve business people and other common public. 7. I will also create a house planning department , which will guide people to build sustainable houses (which are environmental friendly), even encouradge them to install solar roof tops. One important thing is I will make rain water harvesting a compulsion and ensure that every house has atleast one unit installed. People would be provided with necessary subsidies for solar roof and rain water harvesting. 8. After every 10000 houses their will be a waste collection center, which will recycle the waste and also make manure out of it. The mentioned "swachta cell" will also make sure that everyone in the costituency separates their waste as classified: wet and dry. 9. All the water bodies which are dead or are on the verge of death will be again renewed and developed so that the level of ground water can be increased. 10. A strict check on the pollution which is caused by both individuals or by industries. The policies regarding pollution would be very strict and no compromise would be made to it even for the industry leading groups. 11. To increase connectivity to major public places like airport and railways station even bus stands and hospitals, neat and hassel free roads would be developed , so that people can easily get access to these places. 12. Improve the condition of public hospitals and schools so that both education and healthcare could be provided at a best possible way. Even ensure hiring of the right person at the right time and at right designation with right authority. 13. We will also arrange (annually) for a public programme to award those , who work hard for society and for betterment of the nation. 14. To see that every government office is fully digitalized and even connected to data so that interuption free services can be provided. 15. I would also focus on connecting those rural backward areas with technology and its advancement and even with some basic educational facilities, so that they also get a chance to prove themselves. 16. Mobile farming and agricultural schools would be established, who would go to rural areas of the constituency and educate farmers and their family about the modern techniques and methods of farming, even guide them in taking loans and avail them with subsidies.Then they would even have to educate them and update them with the latest laws and government policies regarding agriculture. 17. We would plan for iradicating malnutrition from the constituency and even make sure that every child has a strong immune system. For this basic medicines and food materials would be provided free or either on very minimal cost. 18. We would also ensure that every labour and women , gets his or her right. We will have a strict look on the wages and remuneration of female workers and no defects would be accepted in any case. 19. Multi facility gyms , swimming pools , libraries and sports academy would be established by the government , so that every individual gets access to a healthy and fit life , even get a good chance to prove their ability in any sport on a very minimal cost. 20. In the name of social security we will not pay a single penny to those who are sitting in their home , rather we will encourage the people of constituency to work hard and we will make sure that they get enough chance to prove themselves. 21. Preserving history is very important, local mueseums and galleries would be established so that the coming and the present generation can learn about their culture, society and ancestors. Even historical sites would be taken under maintanence.
