Manifesto
The Fundamental & Spirit of the Democracy is the Transparent and Good Administration/Governance by the People for the people with the specific aim of the welfare of the human life and environment. The democratic administration is to facilitate the human life of specific region to enjoy their natural life according to the beautiful creature of the world by the God. The elected representative's duty in the democratic administration is the voluntary service with the highest accountability towards the people. According to me Justice is only the word which can bring the ultimate peace in the world. The Most basic and fundamental objective is the peace through Fair Justice, Good and transparent Governance. Priority to deliver Justice not only the judicial Justice but in the all fields i.e. Civil, Political, Economic, Social and Culture. Concrete action for protecting the basic Human Rights for all. Good and transparent Governance targeting corruption and exploitation free World of Human. Aim to work for providing the real taste and spirit of the democracy. My manifesto will be as below. 1. Providing Basic Requirements of Human Life Good Environment, Health and Education. 2. Providing Better infrastructure for better life. 3. Providing Equal and sufficient Opportunities to all. 4. Providing Opportunities for the Social and Cultural Development. 5. Providing Good and Transparent Governance. 6. Providing Fair and Natural Justice to all. 7. Strict Compliance of Rule of Law in Administration. 8. Zero Tolerance in Corruption and exploitation. 9. Technological Development in the welfare of the Human Life. According to me the people don’t expect any financial aid like Subsidy, debt Waive off, Laptops, Tabs but the people need only fair and equal opportunity to earn and live according to their wish. For example Present Government providing financial aid for the education, agriculture, health through insurance, subsidy, debt waiver. In real these revenue is to be utilised to provide better infrastructures for the medical treatment, education and for agriculture. When everyone get sufficient, fair and good opportunities then they will earn themselves and enjoy life and ultimately there will be less crime. When there will not be any crime then there will be the peace and more prosperity in the society. Presently whole administration is election and power oriented. There is no rule of law even in the judiciary. Most of Administrative agencies are working 180 degree to the spirit and the objective of the real democracy and against the welfare of the society in general. For example The CVC and CBI are functioning as a promotional agency of the corruption. They are the investigator and prosecutor and they themselves destroying the evidences and taking too much time with an objective that public should forget the issue and waiting for the suitable time to decide the case. Ultimately they are working as a certifying agency to give the clean cheats to the corrupt and giving clear indication to promote corruption for their personal gain. According to me since our independence the judiciary is in very bad shape. In India there is no fair justice and all most due to its recruitment of judges the whole judiciary system is became venerable for the exploitation. Indian judiciary is not delivering justice but they are selling it or ultimately they are meant to deliver only injustice in the sense of delay. Justice delayed is Justice denied. According to me the most incompetent agency in India is the CVC, The most corrupt agency is the CBI and the most vulnerable to manage is the Judiciary. I am confident to improve the administration in a shortest time. Thank you.
