Manifesto
As a representative of Amethi, I will try to do the following things in Amethi-
Bypass and national highway construction to connect neighbouring cities.
Arrange drinking water facilities and construct desalination plants since most villages have salty ground water.
Build more animal shelters, because farmers are bearing the brunt of animals destroying their crops.
Reopen fertiliser factories to create more local employment.
Build more schools, enhance computerised education, more smart classes to increase the Literacy rate.
Build a Community Hall to provide an opportunity for people to be involved in a wide range of learning, social and physical activities, hence promoting individual and community involvement and well being.
Build gymnasiums to promote health awareness and fitness.
Enhance groundwater recharge by rainwater harvesting, check dams and farm ponds.
Build more playing grounds and gardens.
Use solar energy and green energy to make Amethi Green City.
Make a compulsory rule of waste segregation at source, convert waste to wealth.
Proper implementation and monitoring of all schemes.
As an Indian Citizen, I will try to bring about the following changes -:
Education -
Amend "Right to Education" to "Right to Free Education" till higher secondary education.
Free coaching facility for higher studies.
No reservation in higher studies.
Politics -
No direct member of the family can fight an election for 10 years if any other family member is convicted in any serious crime or corruption charges and can't hold any position in any party.
No politician can own or sponsor any media related companies(Prevent paid news)
Fix some basic education level criteria for contesting elections.
More opportunity to youth in politics.
End dynasty politics.
No corporate funding in the election.
Transparency in Electoral bond.
Women Empowerment -
33% Women reservation in the election.
During pregnancy, free health checkup facility, transport facility. Provide Rs 6000 per month for healthy food until child complete 1 year of age.
Free martial arts training for self-defence.
Scholarship for higher studies.
Interest-free loan for Self Help Group women.
Free Vocational training like Hair-cutting, weaving etc.
Society -
Abolish cascading benefit of reservation.
Bring Welfare schemes for the LGBT community.
No caste system, prevail equality.
Control Population growth by implementing "Hum 2 Hmare 2".
Health -
Free and accessible health services.
Build Primary Health Care centre within 5km of area.
Stop commercialization of health facility.
Increase medical seats in colleges.
Compulsory attendance of doctors for 9 hours per day.
Judiciary -
Transparency in court proceedings and appointment of judges.
Bring judiciary under RTI.
Fill the vacancy in the judiciary.
Setting up an All India Judicial Service.
More accountability.
3 years of a cooling period before joining politics.
Environment -
Blanket ban on non-disposable plastic items.
Afforestation. Stop Deforestation.
Better Implementation of Solid Waste Management.
Focus on Sustainable Development.
Smooth transition from Fossil fuel to green fuel, use Solar energy.
Decrease dependency on petrol and diesel, use electric vehicles.
Elite Institutions-
CBI - Give more autonomy, no political interference, make accountable to Parliament.
EC - Proper selection committee, more autonomy for disqualifying candidates & deregistering any political party.
Economy -
Create more employment, fill vacancies.
Create startup environments, easy loan conditions.
Boost export
Provide a good environment for business(free of red-tapism, single window system).
Agriculture -
Focus on a drip irrigation system.
Proper use of fertilizers, aware farmers about the harmful effect of excessive use of fertilizers.
Create big godowns to store grains.
Proper implementation of Minimum Support Price.
Declare MSP for more crops.
Export of Indian agricultural products.
Good market support to sell agricultural products(Prevent cartelisation).
