Hiring more qualified government employees, teachers by improving minimum criteria. Complete and Immediate Removal of reservation in Jobs in sectors that puts national interests on risks like Teachers, Doctors and Civil Engineers. Hiring more qualified Police and training for the police (for lower ranks only) on being more friendly with the general public. Free and compulsory behavioural training for everyone on road safety, public behaviour (follow rules, not to spit on road, not to smoke in public places, respecting other citizens and their rights etc), law and order, civil rights and responsibilities and more.
