If any person holding any public representation in any house or municipal etc, want to change the political parties. he or she can only change on the of election neither mid of the term. however the period provided for nomination and withdraw of nomination same should be applicable for them also. if any one left in mid of the term them he or she cannot participate next five years any election. 5. Manifesto Should not made by any party, should made by planning commission, and the same should hand over to the group or associations of member who come up to form the government. 6. There must be accountablity for the group or association of members who didnt full fill the manifesto and promises etc.
