Special ministry for Research and Development 9. Tourism has got immense potential, will focus on it. 10. Reform in defence forces 11. Women Safety through women empowerment 12. Ensure Speedy trial of pending cases to ensure criminals gets their due in time so as to make legal system effective. 13. Ensure irrigation for every inch of agricultural land and availability of potable drinking water to all. 14. Create mechanism for direct selling of farm products to market. 15. Promote organic farming through proper training and facilitiation and promotion. 16. Ensure re opening of Warisaliganj Sugar Mill and focus on creating small and medium scale industry like silk industry in Kadirganj. 17. Rain water harvesting 18.
