       My MANIFESTO’ 2019

My individual intentions towards the social growth of the people of my constituency will mainly be based on inclusiveness, fraternity, integrity, awareness, accountability, security and wellness. It takes collective efforts to make all these possible and consistent. As a representative, my first work will be to make sure respectful involvement of people for the sake of development. So, under their supervision and valuable considerations, focus will be on the following points:-

          a) Employability

          b) Educational empowerment

          c) Healthcare policies

          d) Accessible transport system

          e) Literacy to science and technology

          f) Environmental awareness

          g) Social equality and participation

          h) Exposure of talent and cultural faiths

          i) Legal assistance

          j) Miscellaneous

For this, it's my commitment to the people that I will strive the following:-

1) Recruitment in various public and private sector firms and institutions would be circulated. Employment fairs would be initiated to invite various national and international organizations, companies etc. Small scale industries would be appreciated and daily-hawkers would be provided proper space to establish their work thoroughly. Labourers will be involved in infrastructural development work on daily basis. All kinds of creative and innovative work that lead happiness, satisfaction and entertainment to the people would be appreciated and regularised as an occupation.

2) Educational institutions i.e. primaries, secondary, high-schools, would be established for the access of education and employability. To ensure the admission of each applicant, number of seats in the colleges and institutions would be revised. Vocational courses that are popular in concurrent scenario would be initiated with proper recognition. Various stipends, academic aids etc. will be provided to the poor students.

3) All kinds of efforts would be made to keep people healthy and conscious. The prices of medicines and cure would be made suitable to poor and needy people. The facilitations available at PHCs and hospitals will be regularised. New medical equipments would be installed at all the major centres. Special care to women, children, old citizens and PwDs would be made compulsory at all the health centres.

4) Each sector of the area will be connected through highways and main roads. The condition of local streets and pathways would be considered initially, and then their maintenance will be ensured. More public buses would be launched connecting big cities and national sites. Special facilitations would be initiated for women, children, aged and PwDs for their easy access.

5) People would be provided forums to be aware of science and technology. They would be taught about digital benefits, computer literacy, cyber security, web-surfing, taxation process etc.

6) The theory of eco-friendly lifestyle would be implemented. The policy of recycling, reuse and reduce will be introduced, biodegradable carry bags will be put in tradition. There will be efforts to make people aware of environmental issues i.e. pollution, global warming, deforestation, plastic dumping, etc.

7) Each section of the society from every background would be promoted for their welfare and participation on various levels. Their voice against discrimination, racism, violence would be taken into consideration and proper action will be ensured.

8) Cultural fests and competitions would be initiated. There will be a committee guided by each socio-cultural background for the conservation of their ethnic history and good practices.

9) Friendly administrative culture would be promoted to establish good binding between common people and bureaucrats. All policies and work will be supervised under legal provisions. People will be given right to inspect the status of work. People would be provided legal aids for handling any kind of personal cases.

10) Other infrastructural work as needed to make the life of common people convenient will also be considered i.e. waste management system, drainage system, electricity, drinking water, sanitation, toilets, parks, gymnasiums, common service centres. Voices of the people for poverty resolution, housing scheme, food safety, etc. will be put profoundly to the Central and State Governments and new schemes/projects will be made accessible to each citizen of the area.

    C.P.G.S. (Common People Group for Supervision)

           For the regulation of all the above mentioned considerations, it is quite necessary to have a perdurable and strong body to guide and provide assistance. So, a new committee C.P.G.S. (Common People Group for Supervision) will be introduced that will be regulated by common people mainly. It will consist of members from various professions, fields of work, sections, institutions etc. i.e. teachers, doctors, engineers, farmers, labourers, social workers, bankers, youth, aged, PwDs,  volunteers, dancers, singers, actors, politicians etc. There will be no biasness on the basis of gender, age, colour, outfit, race for the formation of this group. The main duties of the group would be inspection and accountability. It will also work for the security of the locality by providing information and assistance to the officials about the fraudulent, misbehave, harassment, attacks etc. It will have the rights of data-collection, quality controlling, monitoring and formation of subgroups for a particular project. It will be primary body for any kind of suggestion to the executive at local.

      So, these are the view points of my political and social will. And for the same, I appreciate contribution, suggestion and control of the citizens at local who aspire to have well-established and friendly governance. Then only the democracy with the theory ‘governance of the people, by the people and for the people' will survive.
