Manifesto
Current India needs most of all good education, good health, good infrastructure and self sustainance. The following manifesto is maily around this and will be beneficial for everyone in the country and considers every aspect of the coutry. Quality of public schools to be improved across the country. Better teachers with higher pay packages (we need to attract talent for teaching as well) to deliver better tomorrow. For tomorrow's India we need to mould the budding architects and that can only be done with better education. Teachers will have interviews done by intellectual panelists and only right candidates will be recruited. Quality of government hospitals and doctors to be improved across the country. There should be more AIIMS in the country and doctors who choose private hospitals will have to be attracted to serve the country better. Good sanitation and good infrastructure for hospitals have to be built. The state of Govt hospitals in many parts of the country is currently pathetic. There will be absolutely no reservation in professions like teaching, health care and engineering. These are critical professions and only meritorious students will have to be selected. This is mandatory for country's future and for all citizens from all class of the society. Sometimes, we should prevail with sense and stop the stupidity. We can have reservations in education. But, not when selecting candidates to work in these professions. Sorry to say, the mediocre ones will have to work on what suits them for the greater good of the society Digitization in all government tenders. We will have to bring technologies like blockchain for tenders and ensure that these are open for review only when the tender date closes. This will apply for farmers too. Farming especially will benefit from providing the best price based on the bids. Will have to get the middle men out of the way. Extreme push for technology initiatives to produce bio fuel and use of Solar power. We being in a tropical weather should be able to use Solar power to the best. We should also push for bio fuel with the amount of waste generated. Our dependency on fossil fuels should halve in the next 10 years and should be reduced to 10% of current usage in the next 20 years. This will improve the country's self sustainance. Also, produce more power out of wind and hydro electricity. Introduce best in class solid waste management in all major cities and better recycling capabilities. Produce state of the art research centres to be able to do research on clean energy and better waste management. Digitization in real estate, government offices, all ministry affairs bringing everything to the fore. All data should be available at finger tips apart from top defence secrets. Make corruption close to impossible. Reduce cash transactions and greater push for digital currencies. All doctors, lawyers, real estate agents, middle men, farmers with high income will be scruitinized and will be made to pay income taxes. This was the burden on the salaried section can be reduced and more rebates provided to the common man. The only way to have proper tax regimen is to have more people paying taxes. This can only be brought about by making these changes. Digitization of economy is the best thing that one can do to achieve this. Sweden set a great example by being one of most digitized economy in the world. Can't we achieve it? Every illiterate in this country knows to use a cell phone. How far is it to use a debit card? Which is easier? Public transport and better roads. We have the capability to have the whole country integrated with better roads and better railways. The sanitary part of the railways still requires a lot of improvement. This can be done and has to be done. Educate people about good sanitzation. Penalize people for littering roads and rails. There will be stronger push for Swachh Bharat. We must change the state of this country when it comes to hygiene. As it is said, "Cleaniness is next to Godliness". I think it is more important that Godliness. Rain water harvesting is one major requirement across the country. Beat down on sand mafia, revive the lakes and ponds, educate people on importance of rain water harvesting. We are heading for depletion of water resources across the country. We must act quick. We need clean the rivers. Ensure proper sharing of water. Teach farmers about conservation and best utilization of water and how to save water. Find techniques and invest in research to use desalinated sea water at low cost Biggest threat to country's growth is in one way or the other, the population. We need ways to educate people about contraception and try and reduce the population explosion. According to research we should have never be more than 800 million people for a sustaible population. But, we are over 1400 million (though census states far lesser). We need to work ways to fix this. A very important part of country's growth is also the well-being of its people. Sports should be made mandatory in schools. Swimming is not a sport, it is a life skill. It should be taught to every individual. We should work on improving Sports infrastructures. All sports body should be in some way have an ombudsman within the sport ministry. With extremely good amount of tennis players in India, only a few make it to the highest level. There is corruption everywhere. I personally think sports bodies like AITA should be scutinized and questioned. This is possible only with a sporting ombudsman Banking and Insurance in this country have been more corrupt over the years. We need a greater amount of regulations around it. The current regulations have enough loop holes for these to escape. A complete digitization is a must. We should work on these things at the earliest There is a great amount of work to be done. Many leader have done a great job so far and will continue to do. But, this is not enough. Jai Hind
