I have been to several states of India for purpose related to my work of construction. Due to my orientation to social work I have been completely involved with the lives I came across, I have learnt languages, understood culture, observed, witnessed and faced problems with them. I have following priority to complete for our common people in need, to provide them a comfortable & meaningful life to poor people, platforms for youths to dedicate skill & talent to country & society, I am submitting it below pointwise - 1. Employment - This is most important work to be done on priority, It not only changes the life of poor people it engages the people for productive objective. We need to discover, cultivate & nurture ecosystems with highest number of employment generation and obviously in definite timeframe & highest commitment. My groundbreaking idea for this sector is reorganizing the small scale & medium scale industry with rolling out pre-purchase agreements offer PSUs or big corporate conglomerates. Relaxation in taxes in priority of people employed. Salaries of employee will be available for corporate for claiming returns (tax losses will be planned by increasing tax base, implementation will be phase wise) and offering income tax rebate for individuals if they employ people for household works in line with minimum wages (WIN-WIN MODEL for employer, employed & government) etc. Setting up an autonomous body for employment planning for an individual from school level. 2. Agriculture – We have to do a lot here starting from production to market for this sector. Revisiting MSP, policy for big corporate in investment in this sector and educating with benefit of this ecosystem to farmer, value addition, professional monitoring for rural government infrastructure, AI use for remote monitoring & farmers’ help, contract farming offer for farmer with more than 10 acre land & engaging poor through third party for social and economic fare. Reverse bidding for land acquisition (all identified area will be notified to submit their collective offer, investment will be facilitated on first come first serve basis, online transparent method, let social pockets compete in healthy manner for investment rather than movements) 3.Social security & Justice – Creating a society with complete coverage of insurance for all families & pension (linked with economic performance of country only fixed fraction of tax collection to go to such fund), Rewarding joint families as same reduce load for additional infrastructure for many schemes. Pre- Marriage registry to avoid any dowry demand in marriage, monthly happiness score collection by maximum public through digital platform, ticket raising digital platform for common people for escalation from bottom level clerk to PMO/CMO if not attended. Dedicated law for women employees for pregnancy paid leave to be given for a year & extension for one more year, retirement age to be calibrated accordingly for women. Work from platform to be created for educated home maker ladies for part time employment. Dedicated social audit by cross states’ team for livability index assessment. District adoption scheme by corporates for additional welfare schemes. Digital & AI interruption for fighting corruption. 4.National security – Formal education against terrorism for all kids- right from school level for avoiding brain wash by negative forces, mandatory licensing/information scheme by govt for any social gathering with more than 20 people, special focus for underprivileged area and strict rule for people spreading hatred in society, differences-dilution programs, platforms and schemes. 5.Business & Economics – Stringent performance guidelines for PSUs for reducing expenditure of taxes on them & cultivating culture of survival by earning for govt sector, promoting entrepreneurships, performance base buy back offer by govt for promoting investment in rural areas and devolvement seeking areas. Promoting home grown MNC’s to bring business from foreign countries, with facilitating bilateral tie-ups, making manufacturing stage platform by creating import & export gateway like Japan & Singapore. 6.Research – Indian research ecosystem to be given importance immediately as same is game changer for world now. We need to have a dedicated platform to identify such talents right from school level and start assisting with funds & stipend, it will make research interesting and will fetch brightest brain on board. Annual reward from district level for problem solving and lifestyle innovation, patent assistance followed by stipends. Research fund for donation by corporate and same will be considered in CSR. Innovation in rural areas to be in separate category. Arranging incubator and seed money for technological startup, interest free loan (interest on performance linked only) 7.Infrastructure – Public transport to will be priority with AI security for all, urban planning to reduce commute for day to day office goers, Radio Taxi by Govt. corporation with PPP for disrupting surging & making it affordable for people. Drinking water & sanitation to be included on basic rights like education. Strengthening Metro Network in tier 2 cities. Offering pre-booked railway quota for corporates on premium prices for Indian railway & Metro both. 8.Education – Time bound plan for eradicating illiteracy and annual review & social audit. Focused campaign with involvement strategies. Mandatory interstate team visit for assessment & feedback. Selected social scheme to be linked with attendance of kids at school. 9. Healthcare – Mandatory Air Ambulance for every district, separate ambulance lane at road in metro city and ropeway ambulance as per location. Delivery of blood & critical organ by drones within city. Reward scheme for helping people caught in accidents. Increasing generic medicine schemes’ penetration to remote areas mainly. 10.Poverty – Facilitating moral adoption program by capable citizens on random basis from established portal to initiate a social inclusion program. Dedicated jobs’ criteria for needy people on priority by help of corporate if reservation is creating hurdles. Providing skill training with pre-placement offers. 11.Lifestyle, comfort & Wellbeing – Establishment of much needed separate ecosystem with funds & authority for general well-being of society, organizing tours, art and culture program at poorest & remotest villages for exposure, innovative engagement program, language learning, content creation, global social practice demonstration, motivating penetration of best social practices of country, promotion of social work & local social- nonpolitical leadership, engagement of bright young brain for motivation to society underprivileged people.
