Mnifesto- 1. Cleanness- Cuttack is the former capital of Odisha. One can say its the no 1 in unhygenic condition of all around the city.One can find wastage, dirtyness all aroun the city.Along with campaign through out the constituency for cleanness and present themselves in a hygenic condition.Toilets should be with every one's family, not in reel but in real. 2.Aggriculture- No farmer will be in this constituency who will not get the benifits provided by state and central govt. Facilitate the loan facility to farmers .To make Irrigation system active. Availibilty of fertilizers , seeds and the marketing system should be emphasized. 3. Drainage- Drainage system of the city is pathetic. How the drainage system could be revived it should be in main focus. 4. communication-Communication system of the city and of the rural belt is not up to mark. There are lots of thing can do in this division.Within 2 year all the villages will be connected with Roads , the Cuttack- Sambalpur high way, will be repaired very soon. 5. Health- Since at this city, the biggest hospital is located, lots of people are coming here daily. But they are not satisfied with the treatment. Its because of unsufficient staffs of medica. All the vacancies will be filled as soon as possible. E very panchayat should have one primary mecical within 2 year. One help line no will be given for grievance. Every block have a free ambulance facility with free of cost daily. 6 .JOB-Every month there will be a job fair at the city for its own district With contact of different industries.Skill development centre will be oped in every block .My focus will be to minimize the unemployment as soon as possible. 7- Oldage-A oldage shelter will be opened for aged people in all constituency and the fund will be provided from the MP fund. 8. Education- There are several activities should be taken for more attendance in Govt school, how to develop the way of teaching at the school, how the people give intrest for govt schools etc.The parents from which family all the children appear the Board exam, they will be available moneytary benefit to that family. Education is must.Educate your child, make your society . 9. No PC- Ensuring , there will be no PC interfere in all works. 10. Help line- There will be a help line number for any assistance and it will be available 24 hour service. 11. Ground work- work only on the ground only for the benefit of the people. 12.
