Manifesto
Dear Indians, Hope every one is doing well, As we know , as we have seen how our goverment is functioning specially current goverment. We have seen very slow rate of growth untill 2014 with help of previosuly ruling parties. Though we got a good goverment which is focuing on good governance, however the fact is still half of the work has been done and we have to go a long way. Here, I have different approach and I see things in different way. As per my thought process, we should look to start devolpment from Villages. If we will have a devolped village in one constituency, like wise all villages in one constituency then we can build a constituency devolpved with all villages. Which will help whole India to be a devopled country, instead of devolping country. I see, major people of India, from backword population, they still not aware how goverment function, what kind of benifit has been issues for them. Our Local Gram Pradhan's are usless, they are spending money to win the elections and later none of the work is being performed, neither they are educating people. I have a vison & I have a plan, if i would get opportunity & help of common people, resources by Goverment, I would like to implement on ground. My Manifesto would be like below, 1 - Love and peace across all the religion. 2 - No place of cast & creed. 3 - Nation First. 4 - Devolpment Plan for Farmers to lift up their life. 5 - Educating farmers via seminar's, organise one workshop every month at one villages with help of Agricultural department's officiers. 6 - Involving Technology with Farming 7 - Imposing minimum 5% annual income tax on big farmers who have got more land & earn more than 6Lacs per annum. 8 - Collected tax will be utilized for poor farmers. 9 - Within A village we have to make sure everyone has got their own house, as we know most of them definately would have however still some of the percantage has left to get a house as basic requirment. 10 - Road, Ditch, way of flowing water out of village, way of utilizing waste water should be in place. 11- Electrifying whole village. 12 - Technology tronsformation i.e. (Wi-Fi), 13 - Including 4 villages there should be a Good Goverment Hospital / Jan Aushdhalaya. 14 - Education percatnage has gone down since Sakashatra MIssion has stopped. We need to make sure every women & every child has a right to education and that should be implemented on groud. 15 - Group of young students i.e. 12th Class student should create a group for weekly session of knowledge sharing and again setup a Seminar and teach who are not educated. 16 - Sarswati Vidya Mandir School's should be run in every village and goverment should support them . 17 - Encouraging society for Cash Less payments, make them aware of how to use latest technology. 18 - Encouraging people to donate for poors, if in case they are unable to feed themselves. 19 - Work in a way to create jobs, educate people about being boss yourself instead of depending on others. 20 - Still in villages people only consider goverment jobs as a Job. We have to fill the gap by making them understood our own enterprunership / Pvt jobs are also considered as job. 21 - Build a Governing body within every villages which will monitor good / bad about a villages. 22 - We should demorlize who is harming society with bad habbits and everyone come together to make him undestood that he is doing wrong or governing body should take an action. 23 - We may take help of Administration. 24 - Electing rule should be changed, as A Gram Pradhan who has minimum Graducation whould be elegible for fighting elections. 25 - He should show vision towards people how he is going to change that villages.# 26 - A target need to be set to achive and if require take help of villagers with Upper Adinistration. 27 - A lokpal should be build within every villages which will work on issues raised. 28 - A drop boc should be placed where anyone can come and raise their concern without puting their name. 29 - Work towards building a Garden / Play ground within a village where everyone can go and have outing. 30 - We should take advise from good thinker / who have innovative ideas. 31 -If Goverment of India is announcing any scheme, responsibilty should be given to Gram Pradhan / Governing / monitoring body of village to make aware of it to everyone. 32 - Governing body need to review who should be eligble and who shuld get benifit of it. 33 - No one should be using Administration for their purpose and Gramin Lokpal should be responsible to take care of it. 34 - Goverment still need to work on Administration from Lower to uppar, as have still seen there are many loopholes and people sitting within Goverment Administration not performing. 35 - If anyone is not following rules, a strict action should be taken and opporunity should be given to new available youngers. 35 - I will work towards chaging work culture of Goverment employee's as they feel its their jobs and they will do whatever they want to do. 36 - Once we will implenet above over villages, automatically it is going to affect whole country. 37 - Corruption-free Village. 38 - Civil Service and Governance Reforms need to be implemented. 39 - For Yuva's there should be a panel who will guide about their future carrier based on their intrest or workshop can be organised. 40 - Sports quota should be reviewed district wise, as currently there is no one who is taking care of. 41 - Sports quota funds are being utilized by Goverment officers, they are not helping poor / needy to achive their target. 41 - Women Saftey & Dvolpment should be aother agenda, we see many villagers do marrigae under age, we have to stop them. 41 - Womes should get equal opportunity. 42 - Health should be utmost prority, to avoid helth issues we need to take care of cleaning. 43 - If cleanign would be around, no illiness going to come. As far as I understood above can be easily achived by a Gram Pradhan within 5 years. We should start based on village devolpment with help of Central Goverment / Admnistraion. Thank you.
