Manifesto
1. Mandate the Govt. schools for Govt. teacher’ children: For all the Govt. teachers and if possible, inspection authorities like BEEO, DEEO, SDM, Collector should be bounded to educate their children in Govt. schools only, at least until the employee’s school level. This will result good education to every weaker section of the society and provide equal chance to compete based on merit which will gradually remove the need of any reservation and the raising communal tensions across different communities.
2. Implementation of appraisal and termination system: For such government organizations, performance based appraisal system should be implemented instead of just hiring and giving them standard hike periodically. This will fetch quality in institutions and address the employment problems at certain extent.
3. Implement public feedback system in direct public related services like hospital, school: Minimum facilities from public institutions should be published outside these institutions and electronic feedback machines should be installed to collect and react on the feedback. Feedback and monitoring should be cascaded in hierarchy so that final escalation could reach to the highest level of the system. In these institutions, every year ‘budget allocated and consumed on papers’ for computers, RO water etc. and public’s children go there, don’t even know what all services they are entitled for.
4. Separate courts for rape victim and strict deadline to solve: Separate courts with all measures to safeguard victims and her privacy, should be established across the country. Police involvement should be kept optional and victim should have an option to register her case directly to court via web/ phone while eliminating her fear for being humiliated by any officials. This will bring real fear to these heinous criminals and elimination of this worst crime of the society.
5. Food processing industries near the production sites: Based on types of the production by farmers, utilizing industries should be installed in nearby areas which will eliminate the need to any unnecessary transportation by farmers, fuel consumption and cost reduction for farmers and people handling those industries. Free and safe storage should be provided to farmers for a certain period of time to overcome their pressure to see in hurry and products getting wet because of rain or something.
6. Farmer’s production should be guided and guaranteed to be purchased and distributed by Govt.: Each farmer should be given facility to register for their products and expected production each year. Based on country’s need they will be guided what to grow. One independence institution should be formed which would decide the MSP for farmers’ production and government should be compelled to purchase the production from farmers.
7. Display revenue collected and remaining from tolls and real time sync with inspection authority: To avoid over collection from Tolls, total and remaining revenue should be displayed at tolls in clearly visibly display board and should be in sync with Govt. appointed inspection authority. Transparency will eliminate this known corruption at very high level.
8. Finger print authentication should be must in election voting and voter id should be linked with Aadhaar.
9. All India helpline for all emergency services: One unique helpline number like USA (911) should be available to all and all calls should be in records with first response time, resolution and feedback.
10. Courts proceedings to be recorded. All court proceeding should be recorded and should be available to any party after the court verdict. These proceeding can be used in higher courts in case there is any ambiguity in on paper proceeding, decision than the actual court proceedings.
11. No Subsidy/Reservation for families having more than two Children.
