Manifesto
This manifesto is dedicated to the every citizen of the constituency. It covers all the aspects that comes under the power and resources of the Member of parliament. It covers youth, employment, skill, water, sanitation, farmers, tourism, panchayats, women, students, transparent system, accountability, pollution, food security and specially to the social awareness. 1) to strengthen gram panchayats and get effective utilisation of gram panchayats. 2) to open libraries in every village of the constituency 3) to promote and support self help groups. 4) strict implication of RTE 5) effective public health system 6) to build public transport system ( buses which uses CNG) as there's no good public transport system in jamnagar 6) regulating industrial west is must in jamnagar as it is an industrial city. 7) to aware farmers about water conservation, to reduce use of fertilizers. (By doing night stay in every village of the constituency) 8) to aware the people and take adequate measures for to fight the all kind of pollution. 9) to build a system in every gram panchayats that will promote the welfare schemes, to make sure that welfare schemes reach to every beneficiaries. 10) to organise Afforestation mela once in a month. 11) to build a system that will look after the issues that induusties faces. 11) to build and strengthen rural infrastructure 12) provide skill to the unemployed youth. ( As jamnagar is an industrial city it would be beneficial fir both the youth and the industry ) 13) focus should be on self employment and start-up 14) as jamnagar is one of the largest constituencies it must have a Govt engineering (Degree) college. 15) to work on water harvesting system. ( As it gets only around 100 cm rainfall in a year) 16) to ensure Narmada's water to reach every village of the constituency (as the Narmada's pipeline is already reached at the jamnagar) 17) to manage the transparency and effective use of the MPLADS fund. 18) to work for the betterment of health and sanitation 19) to take measures to strengthen the tourism in the region ( as it has many ancient and modern architecturs present) 20) to improve safety measures for the women 21) take steps to introduce more women in the industrie 21) to create a communication link between govt and citizens. 22) to enduen that atleast one branch of the bank for 3 villages or in around 20 kms 23) take steps to strengthen farmers and transfer agriculture into agribusiness 24) provide scientific measures to the farmers 25) open agriculture University in the region 26) to ensure that every student ot the constituency must have knowledge of our Constitution ( to be aware of their rights with the responsibility towards society and country. 27) to ensure food security for all and effective public distribution system. 28) to made members of the gram panchayat accountable to gram sabha. 29) promotion of Sports through schools ( specially govt schools) 30) organise happiness hour in schools 31) promotion of organic farming 32) provide adequate support to dairy industry ( as it provides employment specially in rural areas.)
33) establismeest of Mahila police volunteers(will act as a link between community and police)
34) Better regulation of coastal zone and its resources
35) provide platform for healthy competition at village level and honour best performing gram panchayat towards cleanliness, health and sanitation.
36) focus on good governance, ICT, Govt to Citizens, Citizen to Govt communication.
37) Utilisation of PPP( public private partnership) in rural infrastructure
38) To strengthen Lok-adalats.
