1.No freebie but way to earn reward of potential . E.g. Each clean town will get electricity /petrol/gas charges reduction in 6 months . Target based public review of govt staff including teacher,doctors and local politicians as well. As per review hike will be ensured. Babu /clerk less govt system will be promoted based on Digital take over .
2.IT job opportunities for city like Lucknow, Kanpur , Gkp etc. Stop IT youth migration .
3.Better pension scheme ,ensuring old aged Indians safety
4.Govt education system to be mandatory for primary classes with 3 national language across India and ensure each village must have atleast one Model High tech primary school with qualified teachers . This Nation has highly skilled tech as unemployed ,we can involve them on good payscale to upgrade Indian Education system. Each pvt school teacher must need to spend teaching in Govt school where grading will be calculated based on matrix system of performance . Medical cover up insurance, covering all generic and critical illness,accidents or damage .
5.Private Hospital Doctors need to give 2 hours daily to Govt hospital as well to avoid cancellation of registration. Biometric check validation will be installed to check on same.
6.Mandatory 1 year of army training for youth searching for Govt jobs.Extra incentive and promotion for FIT India.
7.Advance and ancient tech mixed tech use for Indian agriculture ,making it most revenue generated zone with farmer's healthy safe life.
8.No govt job for a family with more than 2 children ,no subsidy etc.
9.No reservation based on caste for jobs or promotion . It will be for education asset like library ,books ,coaching etc but based on financial ground.
